Sweet Potato Flapjack

We have put a savory twist on the traditional flapjack recipe, filled with wonderful ingredients all combined with love and magic to offer delicious and nutritious feast for all the family – packed with sweet potato, sundried tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, linseeds coated in homegrown aromatic herbs of rosemary and thyme, all enriched with olive all and gluten free oats all to create a wonderful snack or can be served as a hot main course dish with a side of salad or steaming vegetables.

WOW! I have now had the opportunity twice to taste the amazing vegan cakes from the beautiful Natasha (The Loving Chef).....on my gosh. So tasty, to the point I want vegan cooking lessons with you. You have to try her food folks, you really do! Natasha herself is an inspiration because of everything she does to help others. What a charismatic and passionate individual - you just want to be around her! Highly, highly, highly recommend! xxx
