Chocolate making

Over the course of 2 or 3 hours, you’ll learn how simple and straightforward it is to make your own chocolate, which is sugar and dairy-free, using only the finest ingredients available.

The workshop will be informative, but very informal.

You’ll leave the workshop confident in your ability to go home and begin making your own chocolate.

The ingredients which are available to buy now, make this process very accessible. I’ve developed a recipe and method that is easy to follow.

You will receive a handout after the workshop, which includes the recipe and method… And of course, we’ll be sampling all of the chocolate which we make at the workshop
